This Sunday we begin our marriage series entitled, "The Ugly Truth."  I am as excited about this series as any we've ever done.
Let me make you a promise/guarantee right now.  If you will come and bring friends with you this Sunday, you won't be disappointed.
Just finished putting the service together with the staff and it is incredible.  Can't wait for Sunday. 

This will be an awesome opportunity to invite unchurched family and friends.  They will be able to see the hand of God work before their very eyes.  So this week, invite, invite and invite. Remember, we have the goal of inviting ever person in Pickens County at least one time.  I'm convinced we can get over that 1,000 hump during this series.

Some random thoughts:
* Foot is doing better.  Walked without crutches today.  Still no word from lab test.
* Weighed in at 284 this morning.  4 more pounds to get that monkey off my back.
* Texas will win the national championship tonight.
* Marriages will be restored and saved during this series.
* 2010 will be the most incredible year of 5 Point Church history.
* Jesus will return and we are going to do everything in our power to help prepare people for His return.
