I just got back form the hospital asking forgiveness from an old friend.  As I shared my heart the emotions began to overwhelm me.  I told Mike thank you for all his help in reaching teens.  Told him thank you for the countless hours he spent remodeling a building.  Let him know he played a major part in leading a bunch of teens to Jesus Christ. 

As I was telling him good-bye he squeezed my hand.  His wife, daughter, other family members were all overcome with emotion.
Mike will only be here for a few more hours.  His life is over.  Thank you Mike for all your help.

As I drove home I began thinking about my life.  Am I doing everything Christ wants and expects from me?  My life will be over and I will be judged for how I glorified my king?  What will be my lasting mark?  What will be your lasting mark?

Please pray for the LaVigne family.  They are all hurting so deeply.  Mike was only 58 years old and will soon be gone!
