Received this e-mail from a leader in our church.  Wanted to share it with you.  Love it when people get it!

Wanted to share with you some of the things we've done for people this wee,
1. Repaired an electrical service for a single mom who is unemployed at this time and we paid the deposit so she could the power put in her name.

2.  I took Fatz gift certificates to 4 ladies that work at SHARE so they could all go to lunch together.  I just wanted to let them know that someone appreciates the job they do for people of the Pickens/Easley community. One of them came to the Egg Drop and plans to come to church with her son this Sunday. Another lady wants to bring her family because she wants to be a part of a church that is doing what God calls us all to do, reach out to others, plus she wants her son to be able to enjoy going to church.

3. Took 3 dozen cookies to the employees at an Easley bank, the smiles on their faces were worth the time and money. Trying to build relationships there with a few that don’t go to church anywhere.

 We will be looking for other ways to serve people every day - This is fun stuff!!!
