It is 9:15 am on Thursday morning and I'm waiting on the rest of the staff to arrive.  We're all heading to New spring of Anderson for another Pastors coaching network.  Perry is allowing us to bring all our staff to take part in worship, lunch and the NEw Spring staff answering any of our staffs questions.  It's gonna be a good day.  Looking forward to being challenged as I am every time at these meetings.
