Growing a church to 500 is one thing but growing a church to 1,000 is a completely different animal.  So, I have been investing time and money along with 15 other pastors to meet at Newspring once a month with Perry and his staff.  Perry is allowing us to look behind the closed doors of Newspring to see how God is using them to reach people.

I am heading out the door for our third session.  Tim and Ann will be attending with me.  I'm going to ask both of them to share their thoughts about what they learned this evening and tomorrow.  Working hard at becoming a better leader so we can I can lead our church to a whole new level.
