Any good leader will admit he needs to become a better leader.  For that reason, I will be hanging out with a small group of pastors who were selected for a Leadership Coaching Network that Perry Noble is hosting. This will be better than any conference I could attend.

One of the hardest things for me as a pastor is to make the time to become a better leader.  I stay so busy with the every day happenings of 5 Point that I don't focus on improving myself.  And there is a lot of room for improvement for this pastor.

I will meet with Perry and this group of other pastors (I don't even know who they are) on the second or third Thursday of each month for the next 6 months.  I am really looking forward to hanging out with sharp leaders and learning what Perry has to share.

Please pray for me as I attend this training.  I want God to rock my world and make me the best leader possible.
