Sunday was not one of those WOW Sundays and it wasn't meant to be.  We introduced our process to get people from the streets to being actively involved.

Our Process:
Come to God
Connect to people
Commit to serve
Communicate to others

Tim took a well deserved Sunday off but the band still did a great job.  We had air conditioning and that was great after the sauna last week.  I shared my testimony to show how we all have a process but our salvation is just the beginning steps.  For some reason we had a lot of people out of town.  Using up those days before school gets started.

Sunday night we had close to 40 people go through the New Members class.  Almost everyone signed and turned in their covenant.  One gave the notebook back.  I appreciate someone being honest enough to admit they don't believe in the vision of 5 Point. 

During the class I asked everyone to make sure they knew Jesus.  One man admitted he didn't have a relationship.  He stayed after the class and 30 minutes later he was introduced to Jesus.  It was awesome!  He and his wife have both given their life to Jesus in the past three months.  That stuff gets me pumped.

We have a creativity meeting at 5:00 for Contagious.  Going to be a lot of fun yet very challenging!
