I love hanging out with God.  The time with my Savior has grown sweeter and sweeter lately.  I have a passion to encourage people to sit down and hang out with God.  One of my favorite times of the week is our Wednesday night Bible studies.  This is a group of adults who are hungry to learn about God and his Word.  Last spring we spent all our time with the Israelites wondering around the wilderness.  Someone made the comment that it would be awesome if we could talk and hangout with God the same way Moses did.

John 1:1 
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

We can.  It is called the Holy Bible.  Every time you open the pages of scripture and read you are hanging out with God.  God is giving you guidance in the same way he gave Moses.

The number one reason Christians don't read the Bible, "I don't have time."  All we have to do is look around and notice that we're not missing many physical meals.  South Carolina is the 5th fattest state in the nation. 
It's obvious Christians make time to eat.  Can you imagine if we made the same effort to take in spiritual food at the same amount?  WOW!  What if?

Let me encourage you to cut off the TV, get up earlier, do whatever it takes, but hang out with God.  It will change your life!
